Artist Management Contracts

Even in today’s day and age, there are still thousands upon thousands of artist, bands and others who underestimate the importance of having Music Business Contracts in place before agreeing on anything. Of all, the most over looked Music Contracts areArtist Management Contracts. An Artist Management Contract is simply an agreement between Artist/Band and Manager, that states the term of the contract, the duties of the Manager and what percentage of the Artist's/Band's gross earnings will be paid to the Manager, amoung other things.
